  • lb (150 g) self-rising flour
  • lb (150 g) sugar
  • cinnamon
  • salt
  • egg
  • lemon zest
  • 0.2 lb (70 g) butter
  • milk
  • 3 Golden Delicious apples

Instructions

    Mix the self-rising flour, sugar, cinnamon, and salt

    Add the butter and cut into pieces with 2 knives

    Add the milk and eggs

    Remove the core from the apples and peel them. Then cut them into slices

    Lay the slices of apple in a thin low apple pie tray then pour over the dough

    Bake at 356°F (180°C) for an hour
